Education and Experience
Four year degree in related field.
7+ years of recent experience serving as Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor.
Knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting procedures.
Solid estimating experience in a building General Contracting environment.  Ability to perform take-offs, collection and review of subcontractor bids and estimation of General Conditions.
Familiarity with Alternative Project Delivery Methods (APDM), including Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Design-Build and Job Order Contracting (JOC).
Must have solid construction software skills.  Timberline, Primavera, and Viewpoint V6 Construction Software experience a plus.

Construction PM

Serving as Project Manager to expertly manage all project phases for new construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects. The collaborative coordination of project efforts with owners, architects, onsite management, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
Generating estimates for work including conceptual estimates, GMP's, Hard Bids and Change Order Pricing. Leading well-planned pre-construction efforts, including cost estimating at various stages of design development, value engineering, constructability reviews and critical path project scheduling.Tracking and controlling the project schedule and associated costs to achieve project completion on schedule and within budget guidelines.

IT Security PM

Job Description
The Security Project Manager will run an ongoing set of security-related implementation projects. These could be security tools, packages, appliances, and/or processes. The PM will be expected to oversee approximately 2-3 small to medium projects simultaneously with distinct project teams. The PM will function within a large program, reporting to the Program Manager, and is expected to have complete financial and end-to-end project ownership over their projects. As this is an ongoing program, the PM would be expected to pick up new projects as they implement and close projects. The candidate should have the flexibility to move from appliance install projects to a security software upgrade or a data protection project (for example). The PM will be managing project teams which consist of company employees and subcontractors..

Education and Experience

Capital Markets Experience - functional knowledge of trading & risk
Use of Agile methodology to make sense of data within systems tracker tool like Jira.
Analysis skills to dive into the data to make insights out of it to create traceability of the data.
Hold committee meetings & level set new demands that come in.
Experience with SDLC, Pricing, putting in new processes, the ability to realize a project vision & speak about it intelligently.
Very strong Agile experience
